Want to become a referee?

Take the next step in football by qualifying as a match official. The pathway to becoming a referee in the Greater Manchester area begins with The FA Referee Course. Because of our location, you can train through either Lancashire FA or Manchester FA. These courses provide the essential knowledge and skills needed to officiate games. Use the buttons below to check course availability and begin your journey. Once qualified, Bury & Rochdale RA is here to offer the local support and development you need to succeed.
